Reviews and Ratings
The hotel makes me feel like I'm in a palace, with a spacious living room, big windows, and ample, comfortable seating. The staff is above bothersome, always offering excellent service. However, there are ongoing concerns that need attention.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location in a charming area of London was excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making me feel safe and offering easy access to many attractions. However, the room I had was on the 1st floor, and it was very small, requiring me to close the bathroom door just to move around. The ongoing art shows were beautiful, but the constant noise of footsteps overhead was quite disturbing.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were gorgeously decorated with possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The service was impeccable, observing traditions with a warm touch. The location was extremely convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining experience offered delicious options, though service could be a bit slow. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel had lovely and spacious rooms with excellent interior decoration, although I was aware the room size would be tiny. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was warm and pleasant with a beautiful courtyard.
I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, but the size was quite tiny. On the bright side, I loved the friendly staff and the facilities provided despite the not so flattering aspects.
