The hotel makes me feel like I'm in a palace, with a spacious living room, big windows, and ample, comfortable seating. The staff is above bothersome, always offering excellent service. However, there are ongoing concerns that need attention.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location in a charming area of London was excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making me feel safe and offering easy access to many attractions. However, the room I had was on the 1st floor, and it was very small, requiring me to close the bathroom door just to move around. The ongoing art shows were beautiful, but the constant noise of footsteps overhead was quite disturbing.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was tiny and located on the 1st floor, leading to some inconvenience with space. The art shows added some charm, but the noise from above was disruptive.

The dining experience was a bit lacking compared to similar establishments. The breakfast was basic, and the prices were on the higher side for what was offered.
Facilities

The common areas of the hotel were nice, and there were several amenities available. However, some improvements in dining options and noise insulation in rooms could enhance the overall experience.
